A common question asked is how much do we charge for junk removal services?
There are 3 main factors that impact our fee. The weight of junk, for proper disposal of debris, landfills charge by the tonnage. Examples of heavier debris are structural wood, plaster, drywall, mixed masonry material and books (lots of books).
Volume of junk is the primary method for estimating cost. We use a 20 yard dump truck body comparable to other well-known junk removal names that use 15 yard containers. We have a minimum charge for small loads and single items; then all the way up to full truck loads.
The third factor is Labor. Junk is priced differently based on accessibility of junk as well. Basements and multi-level stairway access junk will increase cost due to more laborious demands versus having everything drive up and curbside. When you schedule an appointment with us to come out and give an estimate, the proposal is always free with no obligation. We are always happy to discuss in detail the customers needs and meet them where they are comfortable.
